How Can I Help?

Gillian is an osteopath of 15 years experience specializing in treatment of pains originating in muscles and joints. These include low back pain, sciatica, neck & shoulder pain, headache, arthritic pain, whiplash, sports injuries, work related injuries and postural problems.

Gillian is PPP/ BUPA registered.


The Initial Consultation

At the initial consultation she takes a detailed case history to help in formulating your personalized treatment plan. She works holistically, beyond the symptoms, to ensure she finds and treats the root cause of your problem. The treatment involves gentle palpation, stretching and toning muscles, and articulating and manipulating tight joints.

The better structural balance you have the healthier you will be, giving you more energy and cofidence to enjoy the pleasures in your life!
