I work in an integrated way which simply means that all the counselling skills I have acquired over many years of training and practise are selected carefully to suit the needs of the client.
My original training was psychodynamic/ person centred. In later years I developed skills in transactional analysis, systems work and attachment theory and CBT skills.
My coaching training use NLP ( neuro linguistic programming).

Getuwell is situated in Woodmancote a Cotswold village that sits at the bottom of Cleeve Hill. It can be easily reached by car within minutes from the centre of Cheltenham and approximately 4miles away, 12 miles from Gloucester, 13 miles from Evesham. We are also on a bus route which stops at the end of Britannia way.
