Many problems such as back-ache & stress can be relieved by applying the Alexander Technique. Being more aware of your body changes the way you do things. All physical tasks can be carried out with less unnecessary tension, especially in the back, neck & &houlders. The Alexander technique shows a way of strengthening the back by using the body the way it was designed to move. You become more balanced and coordinated.
