We work with adults, families, couples and children. We do however, specialise in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and working with families.
What to Expect
We only offer short term therapy therefore we normally see clients for bout 6 sessions which can be spaced out from fortnightly, three weekly or monthly. We work with the goals that you would like to work on and do not spend
hours talking about childhood or past experiences. We help you understand how and why mental health is effected by
experience, environment, relationships and work and give you strategies to cope right from the first session. Appointments are offered in commercial premises in comfortable and private consulting rooms with evening appointments available.
About therapy/ies
We offer a range of therapies such as Human Givens, Solution Focussed, Systemic (Family Therapy), Psycho Sexual Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural approaches and relationship counselling.
About Me
I am a UKCP registered Systemic Psychotherapist, Psychologist and Human Givens Counsellor. I have recently applied for chartered status with the British Psychological Society. All of my Associates are experienced and qualified counsellors and
receive adequate supervision from both myself and external supervisors.
My Packages & Prices
Our charges are £50 for an hour. After each session you will have strategies to use between sessions. Telephone and email support is available.

We offer appointments on most days (except Monday) and Thursday evenings
