Fiona Waring has has been involved in the Nutrition world for over 10 years. Fiona believes in making Nutrition understandable, enjoyable, practical and adaptable to an individual's lifestyle and needs.

What to expect
I don't believe in handing out questionaire's before a consultation, I feel you can miss so much of a individual's history. The first consultation lasts up to 90 minutes, I ask varied questions covering your medical history from birth to present day. This is so I may establish the underlying cause / problem rather then dealing with the symptoms. A dietary analysis is also taken. A treatment plan is then given to suit your individual aims. A follow up appointment can then be made to discuss progress / update the treatment plan. The follow up lasts up to 45 minutes. In the interim I am always available via email and telephone.
