What to ExpectOn your first appointment, a detailed medical history will be taken to identify all factors affecting your current health.
A physical examination will assist in identifying the source of your problem. The case history and examination together will lead to the formulation of a diagnosis and a treatment plan and an estimated number of sessions needed to treat your condition effectively will be provided.
A variety of techniques will be used to facilitate your body’s ability to heal itself. Treatment will usually start with releasing and relaxing muscles and stretching stiff joints. The particular range of techniques used will depend on your condition. Other lifestyle, dietary, and exercise advice may be provided to prevent recurrence of the condition.
A full explanation of both the source of your condition and its treatment will be provided in order to enable you to take an active role in your own healing process. Do ask questions at any time if you are unsure or have any concerns.

Testimonials"If you had not been available, I would have had to take time off work for treatment. The pain was getting stronger and it was hindering the speed of my work. I now have no pain whatsoever and I have recovered 100% movement in my arm. Thank you for your help and the exercises."
R Namakula"The osteopath took a holistic approach to identify the cause of my pain and has worked to fix it. He was friendly and professional and explained everything. I have had a reduction in my back pain and the treatment has been very effective. I would definitely recommend this service."
