What to expect from a treatment Reflexology is performed mainly on the feet. Following a consultation, then an explanation of reflexology and how it can benefit your ailment. Treatment starts once you are in a comfortable position, firstly the feet are cleansed, then warmed up, with some stretches and massage thus helping you get the most out of your treatment. Working through the reflex points, aids the client to relax further, while I work on clearing any blocked reflex points and energy pathways. Finally I finish with a lovely foot massage. The treatment will take about 45 mins to 1 hour.

About MeI trained in Manchester for Swedish Massage, Anatomy and Physiology as well as Reflexology. Following this I also trained in Electro-magnetic Therapy.
Now based in Cockermouth, I treat and have clients visit me from a wide area of Cumbria.
I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapy( F.H.T) and also their local support group which meets once a month for talks on a wide range of therapies and topics. Recently I have registered with the Complementary National Healthcare Council. Last year I also attended an Advanced Reflexology course, which involved Hand Reflexology, Talking Feet and Metamorphic Technique. The group Clinic where I am based, has a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere, with the advantage of having access to other Therapists.
