Aromatherapy treatments use specifically combined essential oils applied during a massage appropriate to the client's needs. Therefore clients should expect to undress to allow direct contact with the skin. The client's modesty will be preserved at all times during treatment. As a Clinical Aromatherapist I will prepare a massage blend including therapeutic essential oils specifically for the client, allowing it to be tailored to meet the clients needs and preferences.

Reflexology works on the premise that all parts of the body and organs are reflected via reflex points on the feet. Stimulation of these reflex points allows the whole body to be treated during a reflexology treatment. Don't worry if your feet are ticklish - reflexology requies a firmer contact so client's don't tend to feel an unpleasant, ticklish reaction! For Reflexology treatments the client need only remove their shoes and socks to allow treatment to take place on the feet.
