I have a specialised interest in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Abuse, Childhood Trauma, Depression. Relationship issues. Children's Problems.
I also obviously cover most of the things that hypnotherapy works very well for, such as cessation of smoking, weight management, self esteem work, phobias, exam performance, sports performance, public speaking, anxiety and panic attacks, stress management, IBS, pain relief, bullying.
On a lighter, and perhaps more spiritual note, I also have a vast interest in Past Life Regression.
About me
Hello. My name is Sonia Smith, I am qualified in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy UK, and a member of the National Hypnotists Guild America. I also have been trained in NLP.
I have a small clinic in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside not far from the famous and very beautiful Avebury stone circle. My practise is very professional and confidential, but at the same time caring and friendly.
I usually see clients on a private one to one basis, but I do see small groups for weight management, stress management, relaxation, and cessation of smoking. I will travel to see groups for stress management at the workplace.
I am willing to do home visits for the ill, disabled, or the elderly.
My fees
First initial consultation of 20 minutes: Free.
Clinical Hypnotherapy and hyno-counselling: £60 for 1 hour.
Past Life Regressions: £55
Cessation of Smoking: £180 for two sessions.
Group fees will depend upon the numbers. Special offers for groups for weight management and smoking cessation often available.
I have a special sliding scale for fees for those with genuine hardship that need help.
