I am Paul Hide a qualified and experienced hypnotherapist based in Uckfield, East Sussex. In addition to hypnotherapy I use an eclectic mix of pro-active counselling, cognitive behavioural (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques and re-framing to solve your problems and achieve your goals in the fastest, most effective manner and can get to work on any problem within the session straight away. What to Expect
In a typical session the problem is discussed, then the goals that you are aiming to achieve are discussed and then a decision on the best course of action to succeed is made, followed most commonly by hypnotherapy at the end of the session.
The number of sessions required varies from person to person, and depends on the goal of therapy. Some treatments require only one session as is the case with stop smoking; Otherwise results should begin to be achieved within two to four sessions.
About Me
I trained at the LONDON COLLEGE OF CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY and have been practicing for over twelve years. I am a member Of the BRITISH SOCIETY OF CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPISTS, whose code of ethics I adhere to.
I use an eclectic mix of pro-active counseling, cognitive behavioural and NLP techniques aswell as Hypnotherapy/guided meditation to solve your problems and achieve your goals in the fastest, most effective manner and can get to work on any problem within the session straight away
My Packages & Prices
I charge £60 for a 1½ hour session, except smoking cessation, which I charge at £80 for the session.
Home visits
I am happy to arrange for home visits within a 10 mile radius at no additional charge. Beyond this area I charge about 10 pounds per 5 miles except London for which I charge 150 pounds per session.
Free – Crowborough, Hailsham, Haywards Heath, Lewes, Newick, Uckfield.
10 pounds extra – Brighton, Burgess Hill, Cuckfield, Eastbourne, Hassocks, Hove, Newhaven, Seaford, Tunbridge Wells.
LONDON – flat rate 150 pounds per session.
Opening Hours / Available Days
Mon – Sat 9 till 9 (10 pounds surcharge on Saturdays)
