I am Donald Grant a Reflexologist & Massage Therapist with over 19 years experience. My home clinic is based in Paisley only 9 miles from the centre of Glasgow. I receive clients from all around my locality such as Waterside, Bull Wood, Renfrew & Nitshill. My clinic is open from Monday to Friday and my patients are from all age groups and backgrounds. Some come for a specific ailment and the course of treatments is very brief whilst others enjoy the relaxing experience and have been coming back to me for many years.

What To Expect:
On your first visit there is a preliminary talk with the practitioner. The reflexologist then begins to work on your feet, or hands if necessary, noting problem areas. There may be slight discomfort in some places, but it is fleeting, and is an indication of congestion or imbalance in a corresponding part of the body. For the most part, the sensation is pleasant and soothing. Reflexology will relax you while stimulating the body's own healing mechanisms.

After the first treatment or two your body may respond in a very definite way: you may have a feeling of well-being and relaxation or on very rare occasions you may feel slight 'flu-like symptoms for 24 hours. It is, however, vital information for your reflexologist, as it shows how your body is responding to treatment. Your first appointment will last approximately seventyfive minutes - the first fifteen of which will be a free consultation when your symptoms will be assessed and the appropriate treatment explained .

About Me:
My home clinic is open from Monday to Friday for consultations and is set within the garden of my house where, because it has its own side entrance - privacy is assured.

An important factor in effecting good results is a degree of relaxation and I feel that inside there exists a friendly and comfortable atmosphere whilst at the same time conveying the necessary ambience of a professional environment.

Several of my "regulars" have been coming to me for many years and find continuing benefit from my experience and skills.
