We also offer on-site Acupressure and/or Indian head massages using massage chairs as clothed treatments – these shorter treatments work well for corporate clients whose employees need a lift.
What to Expect
We offer holistic treatments which means that on your first visit we ask about any allergies or particular health concerns in order that your treatment may be designed especially for you to maximise the health benefits for you. We take these concerns into account for each treatment you have with us and we ask to be kept informed of any changes. For particular problems and/or mental strains we may combine an aromatherapy massage designed to lift your spirits with some deep tissue techniques to ease specific aches and pains. Or we might offer a lighter hot stone massage to help revitalise you and give you a more gentle lift. We can combine these with Indian head and natural facelift massages as an add-on or as stand alone treatments.
About Us
Anna Lygoe has been interested in alternative therapies throughout her life, studying in London and and New York. Anna is a member of EMBODY and the Complimentary Therapists Association and also registered with the Complementary and National Healthcare Council. Leslie Woollard is an ITEC tutor and is also a member of EMBODY and the Complimentary Therapists Association and is a member of the Auricular Therapy Association. Michelle Harris is an ITEC qualified holistic masseuse.

Home visits
These are available for anywhere in London, north Kent or south Essex. Additional travel charges will apply for addresses outside these areas. A minimum one hour treatment is required so you can either share the time with a female friend or relative (i.e. two massages of 30 mins) or treat yourself to a beauty treatment or head massage as an extra.
Opening Hours/Available Days
Appointments can be booked from 10am to 8pm, seven days a week. Please give us one day’s notice on bookings. Cancellation, we ask a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice, otherwise the full treatment cost will be charged.
