What you can Expect

Perhaps the most important thing is that you can expect to feel comfortable and at ease with your therapist. The therapist will ask about your problem and take some notes.

The Therapist will then gently guide you into hypnosis where your mind and body are relaxed. After the hypnosis you can discuss any experiences you have had during the session. Finally, Payment is made and your next appointment booked.


Thoughts and ideas

People can suffer from thoughts of low self-esteem, or obsessive thoughts about someone or something. They may not be able, for example, to get out of their minds the idea that they are suffering from an illness, despite medical reassurance, or that a partner is unfaithful.

Hypnotherapy can help the client to change such ideas.

Phobias - People often experience irrational fear of a variety of insects, animals, objects or situations and Hypnotherapy is particularly renowned for its effectiveness is assisting suffers to overcome these distressing and inhiniting conditions.

Feelings - People can suffer from a wide variety of distressing feelings such as Panic attacks, Anxiety, Jealousy, Guilt, Anger or Inadequacy

Habits - People can findd themselves in the grip of many hanits that they seem unable to control, from something like Nail-biting or Smoking to more deep-seated compulsions


Packages and Pricing

Although one session can help, it is usually better to consider between 2 and 10 sessions depending on why you seek treatment.

• Sessions for adolescents : £35
• Session of between 1hr - 1-11/4 hs: £50
• A course of four sessions: £180 (to be paid at the beginning of treatment)
• A course of six sessions £260 (to be paid at the beginning of treatment)
• Pensioners: £35
• Smoking cessation costs £80 for first session
• £45 for subsequent sessions
• £140 for three sessions (to be paid at the beginning of treatment)
• Life Coaching is a minimum of four sessions. Costs to be paid at the outset of treatment.
