About Me
My ability to empathise and help my clients find specific positive personal solutions to life's challenges comes from my own experience of overcoming depression and stress whilst holding down a successful career in senior level business management. I can help like-minded mature ambitious people opening a new chapter in their lives to practically manage the transition without compromising their past achievements and successes. A calm mind is a strong mind and when you are thinking purposefully you can make confident decisions and set your sights on a clear direction.

I am passionate about the quality of service I can offer you. My on-going training and support comes from the Contemporary College of Therapeutic Studies where I am currently taking a Diploma in Integrative Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
