What to Expect
Darren offers an initial consultation free of charge prior to commencing the first hypnosis session, in which we have an opportunity to discuss in detail your condition and outline a treatment plan if appropriate.
In your first hypnosis session you learn an appropriate self hypnosis technique for your personality for you to practice at home to compliment your treatment sessions.
You are then guided in to a focused and relaxed state, usually a pleasant memory, relaxing place or favourite activity whilst listening to beneficial suggestions to enhance mood, confidence and motivation.
You are then guided back to full waking consciousness before a brief discussion about your experiences and advice given on self hypnosis.
Subsequent sessions last around 55 minutes and incorporate appropriate therapy to make beneficial changes whilst in the hypnotic state.
You remain fully in control and conscious throughout the session, perhaps with a feeling of dissociation or drifting from time to time, a little like day dreaming.

About Me
Darren Roscoe is a fully qualified and registered full time practioner of Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Darren runs an established hypnotherapy practice near Horley in South East Surrey, and offers hypnosis sessions in Crawley, Redhill, Reigate and East Grinstead.
Darren studied Clinical Hypnosis to advanced practioner level over a period of 3 years with the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy, where he is now a tutor for students in the south east surrey and west sussex area.
Darren is a full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and a member of the NHS directory of complementary and alternative practitioners.
Darren also takes referrals from the National Phobic Society for members suffering from anxiety and phobic disorders.

Single hypnotherapy sessions are £60.00
A course of 3 hypnotherapy sessions in advance is £150.00
Hypnotherapy sessions can be booked and paid for via debit/credit card on Darren’s Website or booked over the phone by calling 0800 0430647.
