What To Expect A client will be greeted in reception and then be taken into the Treatment Room where they will be invited to make themselves comfortable in the treatment chair.Refreshments will be available.
Initial Hypnotherapy Consultation
A brief explanation will be given about Hypnosis as part of the initial consultation. The client will also be required to give a brief outline as to why they would like Hypnotherapy in order to understand the treatment required. Fee and session times will be discussed and an opportunity to make a further appointment will be available.
The First Appointment
The first appointment involves gathering information in order to establish a case history The client will be asked what they know baout Hypnotherapy and more detailed information will be given. The client will be asked to give details of why they would like Hypnotherapy and what expectations and goals they expect from their therapy. A general relaxation induction with ego-strengthening suggestions will be given related to the clients problem or condition. An outline of possible treatment methods for the next session will be discussed
The First Session
This session is used to build a case history in order to offer you hypnotherapy tailored to your own needs and wishes. Any susequent sessions will be discussed at this stage.
