Reflexology

Reflexology is the use of finger pressure on the feet, and sometimes the hands, to unblock energies within the body, thereby balancing the body and returning it to its natural state.

It can help ease back pain, headaches, PMS, insomnia, digestive disorders such as IBS and relieve stress and tension to name but a few of its benefits.
  • £20 for first session
  • £26 for subsequent sessions
At the beginning of the initial consultation, we need to do a medical history to ensure the treatment is tailor made to your needs

Hopi ear candling is a non invasive therapy that uses candles as a chimney to draw out impurities from the ears.  The candles are made from cotton and impregnated with beeswax, honey extracts and essential oils.

It can be used to help with sinusitis, swimmers ear, colds and flu, headaches, glue ear, tinnitus and can help relieve stress as it’s calming and relaxing.

Each treatment ends with a face massage to help assist the removal of toxins from the area.  The massage is optional.
