My name is Christine Cox and I am a counsellor, hypnotherapist, and psychotherapist with twenty-one years experience, operating in Hastings, East Sussex including the nearby areas of Eastbourne, Hastings, Rye and Hurst Green. I use a variety of approaches to suit individual clients, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I deal with a great variety of problems involving anxiety, stress and emotional disturbance.

Hypnotherapy - What To Expect
It is impossible to say before meeting or speaking to a client how many hypnotherapy sessions will be required. The number of treatments is really down to the client, how receptive they are, the type of problem, outside factors etc.

Generally speaking the average number of hypnotherapy sessions required is around 5 or 6. However this is a very general figure and can be less or more. In the first consultation I will discuss with my client the format and structure of treatment and agree to an initial number of sessions. This will be discussed and reviewed as treatment progresses and may be altered to less or more.
