Vanessa Turner is a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist & Master NLP practitioner based in Earley near Reading Berkshire. She has run a full time practice for the past 6 years and has trained with the Quest Institute at Regents College for Counselling and Psychotherapy in London. She also practices EFT and Hypnobirthing specialising in IBS, Anxiety, Fertility and Confidence Building and Self-Esteem building. My Approach:
You are assured of a professional, friendly approach at all times. Vanessa always has in mind the aim of helping clients resolve their issue in the shortest possible time with maximum results. Once assessment has been made the appropriate method for treatment is identified and treatment commences immediately.  The issue may be treated using Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, or Coaching or a combination of approaches – it’s about achieving results for and with you.

Sessions are approximately 1 hour in duration with the exception of smoking cessation which is a 2 hour session.

Therapies:
In addition to Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Vanessa also uses EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) with her clients and this is a useful and powerful tool to achieving health, healing and well-being. This enables Vanessa to treat many many differing issues to resolution – swiftly and thoroughly.  She also runs Berkshire Hypnobirthing which specialises in childbirth preparation classes for women who are wanting to feel calm, comfortable, in control and confident for the birth of their child.

Vanessa left a successful career in Training and Development 7 years ago and since then have fully embraced a vision to really make a difference in people’s lives. The inspiration comes from the knowledge that the body and mind are intrinsically linked.
