ABOUT MY THERAPY AND HOW IT WORKS
Difficulties can arise in our unconscious minds which get in the way of our leading fulfilled and individual lives. No one can know much about their unconscious minds without specialist help. What I offer is a talking treatment process, which helps a person to understand and change these complex, and often unconsciously based, emotional and relationship problems. This form of therapy is not limited to dealing with what can be thought of as mental health problems. Many people who lose a sense of meaning iin their lives,at certain points can be helped by this approach. My role is not to criticise or to give advice but to help someone make sense of themselves.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The first thing is, that because I am usually with patients, when you call my number you will be answered by my message service, which is only listened to by me. Please leave me a message and I will return your call as promptly as I can. The first meeting is an assessment consultation which usually last one and half hours. This is to determine the most suitable treatment for you. If it seems appropriate for us to work together the practical details would be discussed, with a starting date for one or more times a week therapy. Each session lasts for fifty minutes.
