About me and what I offer
Practising Integrative Counselling, I have been running my Private Practice since 1997.  I'm based in Crystal Palace, SE25.  My clients also come from surrounding areas such as South Norwood, Upper Norwood, West Norwood, Dulwich, Sydenham, Croydon, Streatham, Brixton, Clapham, Beckenham, Bromley, South London, North London and Surrey.
 
I am fully qualified and an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy since 1999, and a UKRC Registered Independent Therapist.
 
I combine mainly the Person Centred approach with Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural and Gestalt and refine my knowledge to meet the specific needs of each individual. I work in a non-formal, relaxed and safe environment and bring the 'realness of me, which includes appropriate use of humour and respectful challenge, to support my clients to move themselves forwards in the direction they desire.
 
I run an ethical Practice with Professional Indemnity Insurance.  To ensure that you receive the very best of me, I attend regular Supervision and keep up to date by attending Professional Courses and Workshops.  I also attend Personal Development Workshops which help me keep in touch with how it feels to be the 'client'!

My packages and prices 
£45 individuals, £55 couples per  50 minute session - (weekly)
opening hours - depending on our mutual availability - I can usually book you in for an appointment within a few days.  Please don't hesitate to let me know if you need to been seen ASAP.
 

Further information
I am located in a Close, just off of the top end of South Norwood Hill, opposite the NTL Tower, in between a small row of shops. Parking is easy and you are more than welcome to park just outside my drive.  The 196, 249 and 468 buses stop practically outside and I am the 2nd house in on the left.  Nearest BR stations are Norwood Junction and Crystal Palace.
