I work from beautiful, peaceful premises in the Chiltern Hills, with free parking and a warm welcome. Initial consultations are free of charge, with no obligation, if you would like to find out more about hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy is a calming, relaxing experience that allows you to explore and get to the root of symptoms and problems of an emotional or psychological nature.

I believe that no one approach can solve all problems for all people, and therefore I use a variety of different techniques and tailor each therapy session to each individual.

I have worked as a hypnotherapist since I qualified in 2001 and have undertaken a number of additional specialist training courses, including the treatment of weight control, smoking cessation, depression and anxiety, IBS, bereavement and phobia control.

Hypnotherapy Training
I run my own hypnotherapy training school: www.inspiraltherapytraining.co.uk, offering an accredited diploma course in hypnotherapy as well as continuing professional development courses. The diploma course offers the nationally-recognised Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma accredited by the National Council for Hypnotherapy and independently assessed via the NCFE.
