Good counselling is based on my ability to be present with you. I can't offer a quick fix or advise you what to do in your life. But in the safe space of the counselling room I can help you address the issues which are of deep importance to you. These issues might be to do with relationship or family tensions; painful feelings to do with loss or trauma; problems from the past; or just wanting more from your life. I can be a mirror to you and help you discover your own inner resources for dealing with issues.
 
I am a fully trained counsellor, and member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists. As well as three year's training and over 300 hours of counselling experience, I draw experience from my own often 'bumpy' journey through life in education, work and relationships!
 
I can help you cope with whatever challenges life is presenting you with, by supporting you to support yourself better. By helping you to become aware of what you really need to do with your life, and not what other people might tell you what you need. I believe counselling can bring you greater freedom,relief and satisfaction in the present, and for the future.


Prices: Thirty pounds per hour

Available days : Monday - Friday  after 5pm
                      : All day Saturday
