How do I know it works?
I have been practising for over 10 years and facilitated a successful recovery in hundreds of cases.


How much will it cost?
Each session costs £70 and the number of sessions depends on the depth and complexity in each person. I estimate the number of sessions at the first appointment.


When will I notice improvements?
t varies. Some people feel better after the first session, others need to wait a little longer. It depends on the age of the person (babies heal faster), the duration of the problem and its depth.


What happens if I don't finish the course of treatments?
I work in body priority, which means following the body's order and speed of the recovery. All aspects responsible for a particular problem need to be addressed, for the problem to disappear fully. If a part of the problem is left unresolved, the person might still experience occasional discomfort or a vulnerability in the affected area. In some cases the problem might regenerate if its root hasn't been eliminated.


Can I use other therapies at the same time?
Sometimes it's necessary to alternate with other therapies or switch to them completely. Each therapy can help, and the body wisdom knows the most appropriate recovery for a particular individual at a specific time of their lives. This is what I follow.


What if I don't heal?
Each person has a particular journey in this life. I believe illness emerges when we don't follow our path fully or partially. Sometimes, measures other than a course of treatments are necessary to heal completely. Over the years, I have seen people change careers, homes or relationships to align themselves and embrace their authentic path.


Will it affect the medication I'm on?
The energy work actually helps the body absorb and maximise the benefits of medication, commonly eliminating their side effects and improving their effectiveness. I will advice a revision of any medication with a GP if any of them cause more harm than good.


What will I feel during the session?
The feedback I receive from my clients ranges from: tingling, warm/cold sensation in specific areas, spinning, twitching, images of past memories, lucid dreaming and sometimes out of body experiences.


Will I experience any side effects?
If an area has been blocked for a long time, the clearing process might produce some mild discomfort lasting usually no more than a few days. Depending on the aspect of the whole block dealt with on the day and the individual's ability to clear toxins, common symptoms such as tiredness, depressive states, tearfulness, diarrhoea or extreme sleepiness might occur.


How do I know this is right for me?
We have an inner guidance (often called intuition), which constantly points us in the best direction. Having read this, you already know whether it rings true to you or not. Secondly, I'm not interested to work with those who'd benefit more from a different therapy/therapist. I strive to put my energy where it's needed the most.


I can't afford it.
I do offer concessions for those in difficult circumstances. Alternatively, you can ask your GP to apply for funding allocated for CAM therapies within the NHS.
