As each client is different, no two sessions will be the same. During the first session, I will take a full case history, following which we will discuss how many sessions you may require.

Hypnotherapy is a very safe and natural way to overcome unwanted behaviours. I  describe it to clients as being similar to daydreaming. The client is always in control and able to end the session at any point, should they wish to. However, most people find it a relaxing, calming and pleasant experience.
