About Me
Over the last 17 years I have successfully treated thousands of patients with a wide variety of health problems. Having suffered multiple food allergies myself 25 years ago, I discovered that my symptoms arose from eating everyday foods, and slowly began treating myself through knowledge gained by reading numerous health books.

Impressed with my own improvement after receiving treatment from a nutritional therapist now over 20 years ago, I went on to study nutritional medicine and qualified in 1992, following a two year course at St. Bartholomews Hospital with Dr. Lawrence Plaskett. I am a professional member of The British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT), and the Nutritional Therapy Council, (NTC), which uphold and advance the standards of qualifications, competence and conduct of those who practise nutritional therapy as a profession. I am also Nutritional Representative for Greater London with the CTHA (Complementary Therapists Association

I am an experienced and empathetic practitioner, and aim to treat my patients with a degree of sensitivity using nutritional medicine, allergy testing/applied kinesiology and mineral balancing.
