About Me
I have been a therapist now for over five years and am enjoying helping others to overcome obstacles in their lives. I regularly attend training and development to ensure my skills are up to date and expanded to give me a variety of tools to help you.

Why did I train? Simple, I have had challenges myself, including dealing with divorce, the anger and feelings of sadness and rejection made me feel I couldn’t do anything, and with the stress of running my own business and raising three children I needed help and guidance and used used various therapies to help me cope.

About The Therapies
Hypnotherapy is like a mind massage, so when I needed time out it was a wonderful relaxation for me.   Many of my clients say I should just advertise this service as with today’s stressful daily lives it is a wonderful way to relax for an hour. Hypnotherapy helps you make the changes you want to make using the power of your subconscious mind so they are more effective.   It is a safe and easy way to help you remove unwanted habits and behaviours.

NLP helped me to understand that it was ok to feel the negative emotions and then to let them go. If you have unwanted emotions weighing you down, I can help you change these so they help you instead of holding you back.   Whether you feel depressed, confused, fearful, demotivated or just lost and want to make a change I can help.

I have a variety of clients with many things they want to change.   Anything that is stopping you do what you want to do is worth getting rid of.

Do you want to enjoy a holiday but have a fear of flying or flying insects, or have hay fever?   I can help you remove all of these.

Do you want to reduce your weight to feel fitter, healthier and save money on your shopping? I offer a one to one 4 week programme or if you have a few friends I can do a group workshop. I can even fit you with a hypnotic gastric band if you wish, which is much safer than actual surgery and more effective as I will help you look at why you overeat and retain fat first.   The success I have had has proved my techniques work. One lady lost 16lbs in just 4 weeks.

There are so many areas in which therapy can help I would find it difficult to list them all here.   My currently clients have a range of needs from learning to feel love again; sexual performance issues; confidence ;public speaking and improve your sporting prowess as well as weight issues including tendency to drink too much! Each session lasts for approximately an hour and begins with conversation to understand the issue followed by making the changes required.   Sometimes this may involve you being put into a light trance. When in a trance you are totally in control and can awaken at anytime. Be assured I cannot make you do anything you don’t want to do.
