I specialise in existential therapy which means that I believe that our lives are the result of our choices within existential limits. In my work, I aim to help individuals, couples or groups of family members to examine their lives and re-evaluate their choices.

What to expect from a session
Each session lasts for 50 minutes from the time of the appointment. As the client, you would tell me about the problems that you are facing in your life. I would listen and ask questions and, using my professional training and experience, analyse and interpret. Through this analysis, I aim to help you to understand more about what is going on in your life so that you can make changes if you choose to do so.

About therapy
Psychotherapy is a special sort of conversation between a person and a trained professional. It is not a medical treatment but it is very powerful and can be transformative. It is a serious commitment and this is reflected in the necessity to agree a strict contract at the beginning of the therapy to agree regular attendance and notice of termination.

About me
I am a psychotherapist because I believe that at this point in my life this is the best way I can use my particular skills and experience. Formerly I spent 20 years as an investment analyst in leading financial institutions. I occasionally work on request as an executive coach.

Prices
I charge £70 for each fifty minute session with an individual and £100 for a couple or group of family members.
