How can I help?
If you are suffering with a problem and not sure what to do, why not talk to me? I provide a safe and supportive environment and will use my training and experience to help you. I can help with a range of problems including relationship issues, anger, anxiety, grief and depression. You may feel that you keep repeating the same patterns of behaviour and you want to do something about it. Or may be you feel unsatisfied with your life and want to live life to the full. I will explore these issues with you and help you find solutions. What to expect
You will find that I listen carefully to what is troubling you. I am empathetic, caring and non-judgemental. I might want to gently challenge some of your assumptions to help bring insight and understanding. I will use this insight to help you address your current issues, but will sometimes draw upon early childhood experiences as these relationships established patterns for how you experience life as an adult. In all of this, I will be sympathetic, supportive and where appropriate I might use humour. My therapy practice
I offer 50 minute face-to-face therapy in my private practice. After an initial session to get to know each other, we can decide whether you would like short-term counselling to address a specific issue, consisting typically of 10 sessions. Alternatively, you may choose more open-ended psychotherapy to gain deeper insight into issues of concern.
Fees are: £55 daytime (07:00 – 17:00) and £60 evenings (17:00 - 21:00)
I also see couples for whom the fees are: £65 (daytime) and £70 (evenings).
