What to Expect from you Reiki session
A Reiki treatment lasts for approximately 1-1.5 hours for the first treatment, and 1 hour thereafter.

Together we talk about life issues and discuss where you are in your life and how you wish to move forwards.
You then receive the Reiki as a hands on / or off treatment, with you only removing shoes and Metal objects, such as Jewellery and Belts.


Reiki Healing - How it works
Reiki means 'universal life energy' in Japanese. It is a system of natural healing which is based on the belief that, by channelling spiritual energy through the practitioner, the spirit is healed & the spirit in turn heals the physical body.


About Me
I am a qualified Reiki Master and have been channelling Reiki since May 2003. I teach Level 1 ,2 and 3 in small groups for those wishing to try Healing others alongside themselves. It is my belief that Physical pain is the end product of Emotional and Mental turmoil and thoughts. The mind reacts to situations that present themselves to us in life and it is how we manage and deal with these issues, that eventually can manifest itself into the physical body as blocked energy with no outlet.

Through opening the heart and finding your voice through Reiki, you will resolve un -addressed issues and emotional conditioning that will unblock your energy centres, so that you may feel free and flowing with positive thoughts Unconditional Love for yourself and others, bringing you back into Harmony and Joy that continually flows  in the Universal Life Force Energy.


What are the Benefits of Reiki?
The energy of Reiki can be used to great effect in many ways. Whether one is suffering from stress or tension, and the many symptoms associated with this, or wishing to improve the quality of relationships at home or work, the beneficial effects of Reiki occur on many levels. Reiki can accelerate the healing of physical problems, balance the emotions, and free us from restrictive mental attitudes. It may also provide a closer connection with inner wisdom.

Reiki is a non-invasive therapy that can be used without fear of any side-effects or overdose. It may be used with confidence alongside conventional medication or natural remedies because it acts in a complementary way.
