What to expect
Our first meeting will take in the region of 1½ hours. I will firstly carry out an iris analysis (with a torch and magnifier, and probably incorporating the use of a digital camera) and also use a detailed questionnaire to gain a fuller picture about your health, lifestyle, diet, and past and current medical problems to assess how effectively your body is working at the moment and how this can potentially be improved using natural methods. I will also carry out a bioenergetic screening with the Asyra AT3 system, which is safe and non-invasive (unless you are in your first trimester of pregnancy or have a pacemaker fitted) and will take a matter of minutes. We will then have a discussion about the various points which have arisen during the course of the appointment, after which I will make some initial recommendations and imprint a homeopathic-type remedy from the Asyra which is tailored absolutely to you needs and the results which came up in the screening. I will follow this up by sending you a full report and supporting handouts together with a print out of the Asyra results.
It is preferable to have a follow-up consultation 4-6 weeks after this initial meeting in order to assess the progress made and any next steps.
Telephone consultations will consist of nutritional therapy only as iris analysis and Asyra testing can only be carried out face-to-face. It will take in the region of 1 hour.
About therapies
Nutritional therapy aims to use food to rebalance the body - it may either use certain foods with a focus on particular health issues, or look at the overall dietary balance. This therapy may also incorporate the use of nutritional supplements, although I try to keep this to a minimum.
Iridology is analysis of the iris, which can provide information on health problems that are occurring at the moment, as well as those which may or may not happen in the future, ie your inherited weaknesses. The aim is then to strengthen these weaknesses using naturopathic techniques to prevent them triggering, and potentially preventing serious illness occurring in the future.
Bioenergetic screening - I use a safe, non-invasive, electro-magnetic procedure which is painless and provides immediate results with a high degree of accuracy. It uses electrical impulses on various acupuncture points in the hand to test the body's responses to various stimuli, thereby finding out your body's weaknesses at the time of testing. It can test for a full body screen as well as food intolerances, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, sensitivities to various chemicals, heavy metal load, neurological imbalances and a great many more besides.

About me
I am a fully qualified nutritional therapist, iridologist, herbal advisor and Asyra practitioner and am also a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the Guild of Naturopathic Iridologists International (GNI) and the Association of Holistic Nutritional Practitioners. I am passionate about my chosen subjects and natural health generally and keep up to date by studying courses, reading relevant publications and attending seminars. I have managed to resolve many of my own health problems by using natural methods, and am keen to help others resolve theirs too.
I offer a mobile therapy service (within a radius of 20 miles of Haslemere) and also a telephone consultation service, with appointments generally in the evenings and at weekends. The main area that I cover is Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire, although am very happy to see people from a wider catchment. A telephone consultation obviously has no geographical limits.
My aim is to help the body to rebalance itself and educating my clients to take control of their own health.
