About Me and my Practice

My name is Addam, I am 33 years old and have lived continually resident within the UK. I have spent the greater part of my life living in a farmhouse in rural Hampshire, although I have lived for 3 years in Liverpool studying Genetics.

Over the years I have developed an interest in complementary therapies. I maintain a scientific ideology but prefer to practice techniques that have been developed over centuries in supporting our growth as individuals.

It is for this reason that I have followed the career path that I am on. My first interest is in Herbs, although at the moment my speciality lies in providing Aromatherapy treatments. I am a great believer in the use of plant essences to heal. I am also a great believer in adopting Eastern techniques as part of my approach.
        
I have practiced massage now for 6 years & have included aromatherapy for the last 2. I prefer to work from my home treatment room since I have created an ambience that I believe can act to support the treatments.

Treatments start at £25 for an hours treatment. Following the  initial consultation  I perform a Shiatsu type routine. This is a kind of acupressure massage that is used to determine what sort of pressure is to be required, what areas are to be worked in particular and gives an idea what oils would be beneficial. Now the oils are blended and a massage routine covering back, neck, shoulders and face is performed.

I am available from 11am-3pm Mondays to Thursdays and from 11am – 5pm Friday to Sunday
