How much will it cost?

Initial Consultation

Prior to initial consultation I will send you a questionnaire by post or by email to give me the back ground for your nutrition report. This will include a review of your current diet. This needs to be returned to me at least four days before our appointment. This planning before hand enables us both to get the most benefit from our time together. During the consulation I will provide you with a review of your current diet, a personal nutrition programme related to your goals, diet guide lines and factsheets for you to refer to and learn from and recommendations about nutient supplements where needed.
