Nutritionist Natalie Savona and psychological coach Stephen Briers help people with strange eating habits and food phobias. Lecturer Pete Turner has a long-standing fear of vegetables which has left him addicted to meat and girlfriend Beth is a strict vegetarian. Unless Pete changes his culinary ways he risks a serious relationship crisis.

Jeremy Edwards explores the mental and physical price celebrities pay for being famous in the 21st century. He examines the lives of Amy Winehouse, Pete Doherty and Britney Spears, who have become recognised more for their tabloid antics then song-writing abilities. The host also takes a look at Heath Ledger’s life and the pressure of fame that led to him taking prescription drugs for anxiety and depression.
THE SEX EDUCATION SHOW
Tuesday 16th September at 8:00pm on Channel 4
Anna Richardson aims to tackle the nation’s sexual ignorance and reticence. Anna puts herself through a full sexual MOT, and goes back to school to show teenagers the symptoms of the most common STIs. A football team find out if testing for men is a painful as rumoured, and a group of teenagers reveal how social networking sites are used to organise sex parties with strangers. Plus, an anatomy lesson on female genitals, and Anna makes her first foray into burlesque.
