Taking your brand forwards, you need to put the time and effort in to develop it and you should consider a broad variety of links ups such as:

· Provide a questionnaire either on your website or when you see clients. This feedback will be invaluable in helping you improve and become successful. Plus, it adds an extra sub conscious element of professionalism that shows you care and are monitoring opinions.

· Build working relationships with other alternative medicine practitioners, complementary therapists, complementary therapy centres, health clinics and studios e.g. Yoga, Pilates etc.

· If your therapy is suitable e.g. Massage, Yoga, Nutritionist etc. why not offer your services to a company free as a prize or offer to sales teams for hitting targets. This will create positive word of mouth in environments you were previously not appearing within.

· Write articles for websites, magazines and local papers. It will flag you up as a specialist in a particular area encouraging potential clients to travel that extra distance to see you. A practice doesn’t grow over night. It needs to be well planned and managed. Complementary therapists invest a substantial amount of money undertaking courses, training and obtaining qualifications.
