If you’ve skipped the starter but can’t resist the pudding, every restaurant will have a variety of temptations waiting for you. By avoiding the custard and cream desserts and choosing the fruitier puds you’ll keep the calorie count down.

The desserts for a healthy diet conscious diner include:

- Frozen yoghurt ice-cream

Dining tip:
Can’t contain your chocolate cravings, share a dessert with a friend but use the smaller spoon!
