As someone who has used hypnotherapy to quit smoking I can certainly vouch for it as an effective cure. I suppose everyone is different but I tried everything to stop smoking and none of them worked. I used patches, nicorettes, read books etc.

When I finally decided enough was enough I did some research found my nearest hypnotherapist and after two sessions and 4 months I am still an ex smoker.

So if you're considering stopping smoking then give hypnotherapy a go - it worked for me. The only thing I would say is if you turn up expecting to pay the money and get it sorted without any real desire to try your hardest then I doubt it will work. For me I felt that I part of the reason hypnotherapy worked for me was that I really decided I was going to quit smoking this time round.
