How often do you get angry? We all have moments of anger but they are usually infrequent and short-lived. For some people though, anger is a constant blight on their day. “I get angry all the time” is a common phrase for someone who finds anger is an everyday occurrence. Their anger bubbles up from within at the slightest frustration. Feeling angry all the time can feel like everything or everybody is conspiring against you to make you react angrily.
