Sports Massage 2 Day Course
Expanding your massage skills with an interactive two day course, learning origin and insertion techniques on muscles. The course is devloped to empower you as a therapist to alleviate conditions commonly assosciated with sports injuries. Mainly practical, you will advance forward learning how to use the techniques on fellow students.
Day 1 – techniques to relieve frozen shoulder, sciatica, back pain and whiplash
Day 2 – concentrating on arms and legs, such as Achilles tendonitis; tennis elbow; hamstrings, groin strain
Course Requirements - 3 case studies need to be completed, with two treatments each, between Day 1 and Day 2 in order for Certificate of Achievement to be issued. The course is approved for insurance purposes with BABTAC and IPTI.

All courses taught by Sally Todd are eligible for Continual Professional Development Points (CPD) and evidence can be supplied to professional insurance bodies by photocopying certificates issued at the end of courses. |
 Welcome to UK Holistics. Allow me, Sally Todd, to share my passion with you for everything complimentary and holistic. I am proud to be the Proprietor of UK Holistics. I love teaching and have gained accreditation in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki Master, Hopi Ear Candle, Quantum Touch, Emotional Freedom Technique, Colour Therapy, Crystals, Sports and Remedial Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stones and a Certificate in Education.
My mission is to create and share a beautiful professional holistic school with people who are looking to develop and train in a healing environment where high standards equal my motivation.
I worked for a bank until 1997 and then began training in 1998 - to follow my true destiny in life - working with complementary therapies and healing. Following treatments for major food intolerances, ill health, and fracturing my ribs in a major car accident I was guided into this path, inspiring me to learn more about how the mind, body and spirit works in healing itself. I taught in local colleges for five years, lectured for the University of Nottingham and am now thrilled to be concentrating on UK Holistics.
