How do I join?
In the first instance you should complete an application form and send it, along with a deposit or full payment, to:

Once we have received your application, a Course Teacher will contact you by phone to arrange a date for you to attend an informal interview. If you are not able to attend the interview in person then a phone interview may suffice.

Modules for the Diploma Course are run on a monthly basis and it is usual to join the course within two months of your interview.

How quickly can I complete the diploma course?
The Diploma Course comprises of a number of related modules. Most of the modules you'll be studying are two-day mini courses which are credited towards your final Diploma.

Modules usually take place on the first Thursday and Friday of the month although we now offer a weekend program for new applicants.

The complete Diploma course typically takes between 12 months and 2 years to complete although you can take longer by postponing modules if necessary provided you give us notice before doing so.

Postponed modules can be taken the next time that particular module comes around although there may be an opportunity to have private tuition or complete the module through distance learning.

What happens if I've covered some of your syllabus in previous training?
Depending on whether your previous training meets certain criteria e.g. insurance eligibility then it may be possible to be exempt from certain modules or be offered a discount.

Most of our students in this position take the opportunity to retake these modules at a discount because they enjoy our approach and have the chance to refresh their skills.

Where does the course take place?
Courses take place at our Central London Venue in Bayswater. Our new weekend modules will take place at our South West London venue in Wandsworth Common.
