Life, Excellence and Business Coaching
It is our aim to train, develop and support the future generations of Life, Excellence and Business Coaches. Cressingham Training is doing this through intense experiential course content and demanding the highest standards from our delegates. The course formats have been designed so that you gain knowledge about the skills of being a Life, Excellence and Business Coach and the practicalities of running, promoting and developing your own Coaching practice.

The coaching business is a growth market with many self-employed and company executives now employing a personal coach to help them maximize their potential and profitability. There are many coaches charging a four figure sum for each business engagement. More and more private individuals need coaching to ‘give them a push’ so that they may make progress in both personal and business contexts. 

Cressingham Training offers three levels training in these areas of expertise; - Certificate, Diploma and Masters. These courses are suitable for::
1. Certificate - Men and women who want to become their own coaches or coach a family member. Business Owners And Managers - Who wish to use these skills in their company to increase profits.

2. Diploma – Men and women who wish to make a career out of professionally coaching others.

3. Masters – Open to anyone who has a diploma and is a professional indication of higher skills to prospective clients.

About Cressingham Training
Cressingham Training was created by Dr. Richard Wain with the intention of providing therapist and business with experiential training using Rapid and Emotional Learning techniques at affordable prices. The training organisation is relatively small but this is one of its greatest strengths. Our groups have a maximum of 8 delegates ensuring everyone has considerable personal attention. We do not have a large staff or overheads so are able to keep our expenses and prices down.

Cressingham Training is based at Cressingham Holistic Centre and uses all its facilities. There is limited parking outside but plenty of free parking within three minutes walk of the venue. We are around 7 minutes drive from the Dartford Tunnel. If you need accommodation we can supply a list of tried and tested local hotels and guest houses.
 
All our trainers/tutors are highly experienced and also run their own private practices, bringing much of this personal experience into the course as illustration of the topics being covered.

If National Occupational Standards are in place for a therapy then we always exceed the criteria stipulated.

Our Trainers

There are several tutors who may take sections of the course. Most of these trainers are active in the business sector providing seminars to both management and shop floor workers. All are excellent coaches with years of practice. Around 50% of these courses are run by Dr. Richard Wain the founder of Cressingham Training.
