Background:
Habits are formed to create order and structure to our daily activities. Habits are learned and then become automatic without any conscious thought to what we are doing. Although some habits can have a positive effect on our lives, negative habits can be detrimental to our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
What To Expect: Some habits are due to addiction; some to anxiety; some to compulsive behaviour; some to low self-esteem and all can be broken! Attend if you want to get rid of a habit that controls your life – once and for all!
